Terms & Conditions

  • 50% deposit required to confirm booking.
  • Balance payable 30 days prior to check-in.
  • We will try to accommodate booking change requests where possible but any change requests cannot be guaranteed. 
  • Staff costs are included in accommodation rates. 
  • Costs not included:
    • Transportation to the villa.
    • Food and drinks (can be arranged prior to arrival).
    • Activities booked with an outside operator. 
    • Staff gratuities.
  • Bookings may be cancelled at any time by the villa owners by providing a full refund.
